  All firms applying for the Office of Economic Opportunity Registry of Certified Firms under Executive Order 02-05 and 14-08 as a Minority, Woman and/or Disabled Business Enterprise (M/W/DS-BE) must complete the M/W/DS-BE Registry Application and submit it to the Office of Economic Opportunity (OEO) for the determination of eligibility. Registration is free. There is no fee to apply to the registry as a Minority Business Enterprise (MBE), Woman Business Enterprise (WBE) or Disabled Business Enterprise (DSBE). If you wish to become registered as a certified MBE, WBE, or DSBE in order to participate in and bid on contracts with the City of Philadelphia, apply here for registration with OEO. You MUST complete the registry application and attach requested documents. |
